Elevate Your Style with the Farm as Your Backdrop
Welcome to Our Charming Barn Venue!
We’re excited to share our beautiful barn with you for your special day! Our 2025 rental rate is $1,250, with access from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM. If the barn isn’t rented the day before your event, you’re welcome to start setting up as early as 2:00 PM—giving you extra time to make everything just right. To secure your date, we require a $150 deposit, which is fully refundable up to 75 days before your wedding.
Our wedding area is set in one of our original barns, nestled between our iconic silos and a charming structure we lovingly call “the old brooder.” Inside, the 40x60 barn boasts rustic tin and barn wood walls, two beautiful farm-style chandeliers, and other unique lighting touches. Our giant repurposed welding table serves as a banquet table, while our 13 handcrafted tables—built from materials found around the farm—add to the authentic country charm.
The barn’s three large door openings on the east side provide breathtaking mountain views, while the giant barn doors on the south lead to a gorgeous wedding lawn, surrounded by lush grass, vibrant flowers, and a charming fence. To enhance your celebration, we offer benches, barrels, and other rustic décor that perfectly complement the farm’s aesthetic.

Bring the fam and come enjoy some fun on the farm! And grab some great pumpkins while you're at it!
Activities include: Pumpkin picking, corn maze, tube slide, farm train, yard games, giant slide, animal exhibit, tube racers, and much more!
- 2 and under must ride train with a responsible party.
- We ask only one train ride per person.
- Admission is $6 for kids and adults, and 2 and under are free!
- Pumpkins, Face Paint and Concessions are sold separately.
•All posted rules and warning signs must be adhered to for the safety of all guests.
•Visitors are responsible for their own actions and that of their children’s actions.
•Parents are responsible for their children’s safety & behavior.

School Groups
•Available time slots: T W R - 9am, 11am, 1pm; F - 9am.
•Cost: $3 per student; free small pie pumpkin for students while supplies last. If pie pumpkins are out of stock then a mini pumpkin will be substituted while supplies last.
•The students safety and behavior is solely the responsibility of the teachers and chaperones.
•One train ride per child during the visit (usually at the beginning or end of your patch time).
•Siblings and parents of students are welcome with a $5 entrance fee. A mini pumpkin is included for younger siblings with a paid admission. (2 and under is free)
•We ask for a minimum group size of 30.
•1 teacher per class will receive free admission. All other adults will be charged a $5 entrance fee.
•Homeschool groups, preschool groups and other smaller groups will be charged $5 per person (2 and under is free). A small pumpkin is included for active students. $1.50 charge for extras. Must be scheduled in advance outside of normal business hours.

Hi! We're the Sunderland and Madsen Families and we love when people come to our farm!
When Grandpa Sunderland moved the family farm from Lehi, he saw something special in this land in Chester. More than 40 years later, we’re still discovering all the beauty and potential this farm has to offer. As a new generation takes the reins, our goal isn’t just to preserve the farm Grandpa loved—it’s to share its magic with as many families as possible. Because now, the most important part of this family farm is the families who grow together here.
